Soft opening last night was a fun experience! The space looks so open, nice and new. I am excited about the outdoor seating as the weather gets warmer too. The "Rust & Bone" cocktail was absolutely delicious! Friendly staff and familiar faces served us charcuterie board, wings, onion rings, and handmade flatbread (my favorite). Everything was delicious and well made. Pro Tip: Get the "Bacon Hanger"

Small local brewery with a lot of character. All beers are brewed on site, and the lineup encourages trying a flight. Crossroads IPA was the most approachable, while the blueberry and jalapeño IPAs leaned more experimental. Relaxed service and a clear Buffalo Bills bar identity give the place personality. Easy spot to return to.

We recently hosted our wedding after party at red buffalo and it was the perfect location! They stayed open late for us and let us pull a food truck in the back! The bartenders were absolutely amazing, even down to the champagne toast! So many out of town guests were raving about red buffalo. Would definitely recommend working with the red buffalo team or just going for a beer!

We greatly enjoyed our visit to Red Buffalo. Both of their beers I had were excellent (I really loved their Firehouse Red Ale). The place has a very fun vibe. The bartender and the regulars we talked with were all welcoming and friendly. Definitely a spot we'll be back to anytime we're in Statesville.

Do NOT SERVE FOOD. This establishment seemed like a fun place to go with a small group of friends to have some drinks and hangout playing games. They had several different games. We actually went there for the food, which it turned out they had stopped serving just a month prior. They said that they do bring in food trucks in the evenings. The bartender was very poignant at giving us attention to take our drink orders. She explained that they are trying to open a second location so they stopped focusing on food and started to focus on that. I would like to come back when I can play some games and have a few drinks. I just hate that I missed out on getting to try their delicious menu!

Good brewery. It’s called the Red Buffalo as the owners are from Buffalo NY and Bills fans. This is obvious from all of the Bills stuff on display. We came by to try a few beers since we were nearby. We liked it. They serve an interesting variety of styles. They also have some mixes they do with half pours of 2 different styles that seemed popular among the people we saw ordering. They don’t have in house food, but do have food trucks. The day we came in the food truck had wrapped up early since it was a quiet Sunday afternoon. They also have what might have been the best cheddar popcorn we ever tried. It was pretty amazing. One thing to note is that they don’t serve flight, but do short pours and also are happy to give you as many tasters as you’d like. Good brewery, friendly staff. Liked it.

Decided to try a new place for us, being newer to the area. Wonderful people, good wings, loved the "Royal" sandwich. Only tried one beer, "Baileys Stout," but it was a nice smooth, light stout with the typical notes of coffee and chocolate. Will definitely be going back!
